Motion
Karl Edward and Kathryn Ann Trainor-Approved as requested with condition. (8:06 p.m.)
Motion was made by Steve Schierer, second by Paul Larson and unanimously carried, to approve a variance of 13’
from the required road right-of-way setback of 20’ for the construction of a 20’ by 24’ garage 7’ from the road right-of-
way with the condition that a letter of approval must be obtained from the township. Hardship is a substandard lot of
record. It was also noted that the granting of the variance as requested would provide the applicants with an ability to
enjoy the same rights and privileges as others in this immediate area.

Dear Joyce;
Dunn Township Supervisors have been contacted by Mr. Trainor and have looked
at his property on Poss Beach. The Supervisors have decided that this is a hardship
case and that they will allow Mr. Trainor to build 29 feet from the road, everyone
needs a garage in this country and Mr. Trainor has no where else to go with it.
