Donald and Donna Gervais - Denied
Motion was made by John Everts, seconded by David Holmgren and unanimously carried to deny the variance as
requested as no adequate hardship had been shown and to allow the applicants until September 1, 1998 for the
removal of the 8’ by 12’ screen porch. After additional discussion and consideration, motion was made by John
Everts, seconded by Cecil Femling and unanimously carried, to allow tne addition of a screened porch to the existing
structure so long as the porch is no closer to the ordinary high water level than the existing 24’ by 32’ structure and so
tong as all other setback requirements are met.
