Steve and Ann Williams - Approved
Motion was made by Randall Mann, seconded by John Everts and unanimously carried, to approve a variance of 40’
from the required ordinary high water level setback of 100’ for the construction of a 10’ by 20’ portable entry to an
existing manufactured home 60’ from the ordinary high water level. The variance as granted will require the applicants
to move their existing mobile home approximately 20’. Hardship is the terrain features of the applicants’ property.

Dear Mr. Williams,
In reviewing the minutes from the Variance meeting, I find that the
Board allowed for you to keep the porch lakeside of your dwelling
provided the dwelling and the porch are moved back to be 60 feet
from the Ordinary High Water Level. Before this work is done, a
Site Permit must be obtained from our office.
If you decide not to move the dwelling, the porch must be removed
from the lot by September 1, 1998.
