Ralph and Betty Kvamme, who presently own lot -^.j* and part of lot
34 on Seifert Beach, Lake Lizsie, would like to purchase? Parcel A
on attached survey map. This woulk make their back lot bouiidries
straight with the lakeshore lots. This property was sarveyed by
Terry Lee Anderson in June of 1969, as stsited on attahced map.

acre parcel. The applicant would like to sell this property to the owner of Lots 33 and a
part of Lot 34 of Seifert Beach. The addition of this property would make the purchaser’s
back lot boundaries straight with their lake shore lots.

information about surrounding property, etc. APPLICANT SHALL BE PRESENT AT THE SCHEDULED HEARING.
I understand that I have applied for a variance from the requirements of the Shoreland Management Ordinance of Otter Tail
County. I understand I must contact my township in order to determine whether or not any additional variance and/or permits
are required by the township for my proposed project.

MOTION AS FOLLOWS:

Motion was made by Craig Anderson, seconded by Cecil Femling and unanimously carried, to
approve the variance as requested with the condition that a surveyor's drawing will be provided
and that Parcel A as indicated on the applicant's drawing will be forever attached to Lot 33 and
part of Lot 34 and that Parcel B as indicated on the applicant's drawing will be forever attached
to the remainder of Lot 34 and Lot 35, Hardship being the narrowness of Lot 34,
