The lot would be permanently attached to Lot 32 and used only for non-residential purposes.
A warranty deed was executed in 1977 for the conveyance of this parcel to the owner of
Lot 32. Ibe warranty deed was not recorded.
I UNDERSTAND THAT I HAVE APPLIED FOR A VARIANCE FROM THE REQUIREMENTS OF THE SHORELAND
MANAGEMENT ORDINANCE/SUBDIVISION CONTROLS ORDINANCE OF OTTER TAIL COUNTY.

Motion was made by Cecil Femling second by Steve Schierer and unanimously carried, to approve a variance to
subdivide a parcel of less than 5 acres from an existing 11.61 acre parcel for the purpose of conveyance and
permanent attachment to Lot 32, Seifert Beach with the condition that a registered surveyor’s drawing must be
provided at the time of conveyance and with the condition that the area contained within the proposed back lot cannot
be used when making the 25% impervious surface calculation for front lot development. It was noted that the
