Neuman, Fergus Falls, MN, requested permission to construct a 20' X 12' boathouse, as close to water as possible, on Lot called #49", Eldorado Beach, part of G.L. 3, Section 23, Amor Township. AFter con­ sideration, motion was made by Craig Anderson to grant afproval, hardship being terrain of land and being unable to view boat for security purposes, a 63' variance with construction 12' from lake, not a two story inhabitable building. The motion v/as seconded by John Everts with an amendment being able to enjoy the same rights and privileges as the neighboring property owners enjoy. The motion carried with June I^an abstaining. larold Neuman \pproved Robert W. Levos, Fargo, ND, requested permission to move present cabin back from lake approximately four feet, with a 14' x 34' addition with a 4' side lot variance, on S.L. D of G.L. 3, Section 10, Dunn Township. After consideration, motion was made by Craig Anderson to approve request as submitted, hardship being highwater on extremely lew terrain. The motion was seconded by Roger Marty and unanimously cairried. tobert W. Levos approved tLchard Sturlaugson Richard & Beverly Sturlaugson, Langdon, ND, requested permission to move present cabin and construct a 16 or 18' addition, placing cabin 2' farther back frem lake, 7' from side lot lines, on Sub Lot C of G.L. 3, Section 10, Dunn Township. After consideration, motion was made by Craig Anderson, to approve a set back of approximately 2' farther from lake and a 3' variance on either side lot line, hardship being high water on extremely low terrain. Ihe motion was seconded by Roger Marty and carried unanimously. >pproved Thomas D. Sabol, Eagan, MN, requested permission to constrxxrt year around home 90' from lakeshore, on a parcel in G.L. 9, Section 25, Dead Lake Town­ ship. After consideration, motion was made by Craig Anderson to grant construction at 91' fron lake, hardship being terrain with a problan of getting 200' from lake, notsetting a precedence, being able to enjoy the same privilege as neighbors enjoy. The motion died for lake of a second. Motion was then made by Craig Anderson, seconded by George Walter and carried with Roger Marty voting "no", to table until September 12th. Arnold Miller, Pelican Rapids, MN, requested permission to sell a piece of property of less than 2h acres located in th^\ffi?iiN^ of Section -38 Dunn Township, without platting. After consideration, motion was made by Craig Anderson to grant approval, subject to surveyor's drawing, hardship being a residual piece of property located between two plats. The motion was seconded by Roger Marty and unanimously carried. With no further business.
