MOTION AS FOLLOWS:

Motion was made by Dan Oehler, seconded by Craig Anderson and unanimously earned to
aoDrove a 3' 6" variance from the required side lot line setback for the construction of a 20 by
24' garage, which will be located 6' 6" from the side lot line and 8' 6" ^orn the sept c tank
After additional consideration, motion was made by Craig Anderson, seconded by Cecil Fern ling
and unanimously carried, to approve the addition of a 12' by 14' open deck being no closer to the
lake than the existing building. Hardship being a substandard lot of record.
