Explain your problem here:
Lake lot was purchased in 1961 and the size was 50’ x 150'. At the time we built
the cottage we used it only on weekends. Now that we are retired we want to spend
from 4 to 5 months there. The restriction thaty applies now did not apply when we
built the cottage and we can build no other place but to the rear of the cottage.

The cottage as it is now is very uncomfortable and we can not have guests. I have
contacted the neighbors on both sides and have given them complete plans and they
are all in favor of our addition.

Dwelling addition would be 3 feet from sidelot line, should be 10 feet.
Garage will be 5 feet from sidelot line, should be 10 feet.

After consideration, motion was made by Marcus VJiechmann, seconded
by George Walter and carried with Roger Marty voting "no", to deny,
no adequate hardship shown, to allow would establish a precedence
with a non-conforming use, making a substandard lot more substandard.

24' family roan addition to cottage, no closer to lake than existing

tion, motion was made by Craig Anderson, seconded by John Everts and
unanimously carried, to allow, not creating anything more than already
exists on a substandard lot of record.

Everts, seconded by Craig Anderson, to deny, no adequate hardship
shown, with alternatives available. Motion was withdrawn and sub
stituted with approval of a screen porch no closer to lake than
existing cabin, by John Everts. The motion was again seconded by
Craig Anderson and carried unanimously.
