West of the Fifth Principal Meridian, Otter Tail County, Minnesota, which is
included within the following metes and bounds description:
Beginning at the Northwest corner of Lot 1 of Block 1 of Henry’s Hill Third SuMivision of a part of Government Lot 3 of Section 27, '-f^ownship 137, North,
Range 42 West of the Fifth Principal Neridian, Otter Tail Count.y, Minnesota;
thence North 86^7'34'' Fast along the North line of said Lot 1 a distance
of 102,83 feet; thence North 17°37*11” West a distance of 86,69 feet; thence
