After discussion and consideration, Steve Schierer made a motion, second by Michael Conlon and unanimously carried, to approve a variance of 24’ from the required ordinary high water level setback of 100’ to change a roof line from a 2/12 to a 5/12 and from a 5/12 to a 10/12 and to extend the roof line to cover a 10.5’. by 19.5’ open area located 76’ from the ordinary high water level. The Board noted that the proposed project is within the general building line. The Board also noted that the well will need to be relocated to comply with existing code. WE HAVE ALSO DISCUSSED THEM AT LENGTH AND WALKED OUR PROPERTIES VISUALIZING THE IMPROVEMENTS. I HAVE NO PROBLEMS OR CONCERNS WITH THE PRIM'S IMPROVEMENT PLANS. I DON'T SEE HOW THE IMPROVEMENTS WOULD HAVE ANY ADVERSE AFFECT ON MY PROPERTY OR ANY OF THE OTHER PROPERTIES IN THE AREA. THE PLANS APPEAR TO BE VERY MODEST AND SHOULD FIT IN JUST FINE.
