SPECIFY VARIANCE REQUESTED:
I, Tracy Ann Haueter-Most along with Ron Jordan have the variance to have me, Tracy, release
five feet of land to Ron Jordan,
located on his land.
By doing this would allow Ron Jordan to have his septic system
As it sites now we are approximatley three feet over on the septic system.
We do have an easement in place to cover th,^ but we both feel that it would be a cleaner
situation it it was located on Mr Jordans property.
Additional property would have the following legal description:
The Easterly Five Feet of the Westerly One-Half of Sublot Nine of Government Lot
Twenty, Township One Hundred Thirty-seven North of Range Forty-two West of the Fifth Principal
Meridian, according to the Plat on file and of record in the office of the Register of Deeds of
Otter Tail County, Minnesota, and recorded in Book "H" of subdivison on page 19.

Motion was made by Cecil Femling, seconded by Randall Mann and unanimously carried to approve a
variance to convey an area of approximately 5’ by 150’ for permanent attachment to the adjacent property
presently owned by Ron J. Jordan. It was noted that the additional 5’ would make Ron Jordan’s parcel more
standard in size, the additional area would allow for the placement of all of Ron ,
own property and will provide adequate area for the maintenance of his septic s'
