Ms. Luond presented for the record a written statement which has been placed in the applicant’s file. After discussion and consideration, Paul Larson made a motion, second by Rick Wilson and unanimously carried, to approve the construction of a structure not exceeding 28’ by 40’ in size being no closer to the ordinary high water level than 58’ as stated in Site Permit No. 28178 (B) and with the north wall of the new structure being placed in the same location as the north wall of the original Cabin No. 1 as shown on the drawing submitted with the application, which has been removed, and with the new structure extending no more than 28’ towards the south lot line.
