Motion was made by Paul Larson, second by Steve Schierer and carried with Cecil Femling voting no, to approve a
variance of 4’ from the required side lot line setback of 10’, a variance of 50’ from the required ordinary high water
level setback of 100’ and a variance of 14’ from the required road right-of-way setback of 20’ for a 14’ 4” by 20’
addition to an existing 14’ 4” by 10’ structure 6’ from the side lot line, 50’ from the ordinary high water level and 6’ from
the road right-of-way with the condition that the existing 16’ by 10’ screen porch must be behind the view line and with
the condition that an existing 8’ by 1T shed must be either removed or legally located before a site permit can be
issued.’ Hardship is a substandard lot of record arid the terrain of the applicant’s property.’
