After consideration, motion was made by Craig Anderson, seconded by Cecil Femling and unanimously carried, to deny the variance as requested as the applicant already has one water oriented accessory structure. After additional discussion and consideration a motion was made by Craig Anderson, seconded by Dan Oehler and unanimously carried to reconsider the applicant’s request. Motion was then made by Craig Anderson, seconded by John Everts and unanimously carried to approve the addition of the screened porch, as a water oriented accessory structure, to the existing cabin with the condition that the storage shed/boat house must be removed and placed behind the building line and its new placement cannot require an additional variance. McChesney, Campbell, MN, requested a 40' variance from the required ordinary high water level setback of 100' for the replacement of an 8' by 40' trailer with a 14' by 70' trailer. After consideration, motion was made by Craig Anderson, seconded by Dan Oehler and unanimously carried to approve a 40' variance from the required ordinary high water level setback of 100' for the placement of a 14' by 70’ trailer with the condition that the proper setbacks are maintained for the location of water and sewer systems and the new trailer can be no closer to the lake than the existing structure and that the side lot line setbacks are maintained. Robert W. Rossow-Approved Robert W. Rossow, Fergus Falls, MN, requested a variance of 2' from the required side lot line setback of 1 O' for the addition of a 34' by 36' garage to their existing structure.
