Klaers - Approved Motion was made by George Walter, seconded by Craig Anderson and unanimously carried, to approve the construction of a 14’ by 12’ three season porch and the construction of a new deck being no closer to the side lot lines than the existing house and being at least 38’ from the lake with the condition that a shed located approximately 27’ from the lake must be placed in a location meeting all setback requirements. Also requesting a variance for the construction of a deck along the North and West side of the existing dwelling approximately 38’ from the lake and behind the string line. The property is described as Sub Lot 12 of Government Lot 5, Section 16 of Dunn Township by Fish Lake. The audience was polled with no one ■-speaking for or against the request. After consideration, motion was made by George Walter, seconded by Craig Anderson and unanimously carried, to approve the construction of a 14’ by 12’ three season porch and the construction of a new deck being no closer to the side lot lines than the existing house and being at least 38’ from the lake with the condition that a shed located approximately 27’ from the lake must be placed in a location meeting all setback requirements. Henry, Little Rock, AR, requested a variance of 130’ from the required ordinary high water level setback of 200’ and a variance of 30’ from the required shore impact zone setback of 100’ for a 20’ by 24’ addition to an existing structure 70’ from the ordinary high water level. After consideration, motion was made by Randall Mann, seconded by Craig Anderson and unanimously carried to approve a variance of 130’ from the required ordinary high water level setback of 200’ and a variance of 30’ from the required shore impact zone setback of 100’ for a 20’ by 24’ addition to an existing structure 70’ from the ordinary high water level noting that the addition will be no closer to the ordinary high water level than the existing structure and will be approximately 40’ from the side lot line. Roger Bachman -Approved Roger Bachman, Fargo, ND, requested a variance of 10’ from the required lot line setback of 10’ for a 300 square foot expansion of an existing drain field 0’ from the property line. The audience was polled with no one speaking for or against the request. After discussion and consideration, motion was made by Craig Anderson; seconded by Cecil Femling and unanimously carried, to approve a variance of 10’ from the required lot line setback of 10’ for a 300 square foot expansion of an existing drain field 0’ from the property line. Hardship is the location of the existing drain field. David Thomas - Approved David Thomas, New Richmond, Wl, requested a variance of 15’ from the required ordinary high water level setback of 75’ for the installation of a holding tank 60’ from the ordinary high water level.
