EXPLAIN YOUR PROBLEM HERE:
Would like to construct a garage about 5 feet from the township road right of way.
However, it should be 40 feet from the right of way. This will allow the owner
to construct his garage without cutting any trees. It will also give him access
to a road that is maintained in the winter.
In order to properly evaluate the situation, please provide as much supplementary information as possible, such as: maps,
plans, information about surrounding property, etc.
