Duane and Winnie Ulschmid - Approved as modified with a condition. (6:45 p.m.)
Motion was made by Randall Mann, second by Steve Schierer and unanimously carried, to approve a 5’ variance from
the required side Jot fine setback of 10’ and a variance 3’ from the required structure setback of 10’ for the placement
of a 1500 gallon holding tank ,5’ from the side lot l.inejand 7’ from the existing garage with the condition that the
applicants must obtain a letter from the neighbor granting approval for a 5’ setback from the shared lot line. This
variance approval does not authorize imperyjpus surface coverage greater than 25%. It was noted that the variance
as granted does not directly or indirectly granted any other variances.
