Motion was made by Craig Anderson, seconded by Randall Mann and unanimously carried, to approve a variance to
subdivide a 2.5 acre parcel from an existing 93.62 acre parcel with the condition that a registered surveyor’s drawing
meeting the requirements of the current ordinance must be provided at the time of recording.
