Motion was made by Craig Anderson, seconded by Randall Mann and unanimously carried, to approve a variance to
subdivide a 2.5 acre parcel from an existing 93.62 acre parcel with the condition that a registered surveyor’s drawing
meeting the requirements of the current ordinance must be provided at the time of recording.

Commencing at the East Quarter Corner of said Section 10j thence on an
assumed bearing of North 03 degrees 49 minutes 39 seconds West along the
east line of said Section 10, a distance of 2254.51 feet; thence North 68
degrees 01 minutes 06 seconds West a distance of 332.61 feet to the point
of beginning of the land to be described; thence continuing North 68
degrees 01 minutes 06 seconds West a distance of 250,00 feet; thence
