Motion
Motion was made by Randall Mann, seconded by Cecil Femling and unanimously carried, to approve a
variance of 8’ from the required 18’ maximum height of a non-dwelling structure for the construction of a
60’ by 104’ pole building and for the construction of a 56’ by 72’ pole building each having a maximum
height of 26’. It was noted that neither of these structure would obstruct the view of the neighboring
properties, that neither structure will have a second story, that both structures are setback quite a
distance from the ordinary high water level and that the structures will be constructed using truss
rafters.
