'>-A r - ,4 'liS t * oftiBWi* 4^ ♦ORDER VACATING A TOWN ROAD ^00i ^Ep 1DUNN TOWNSHIP I 9 ^Nd OTTER TAIL COUNTY WHEREAS, the town Board received a petition calling for the vacation of a town road under M.S. #164.07; WHEREAS, the Town Board held a hearing on said petition on the 10 day of September 2001 , notice therefore having been given; WHEREAS, THE town Board passed a resolution on the 10 day of September. 2001 vacating the road; NOW, THEREFORE, IT IS HEREBY ORDERED that the following described road is hereby vacated: A portion of South Street as dedicated in the Plat of Provan Beach and that portion of previous Dunn Township road no.
