variance of 40’ from the required back lot line setback for a cluster development of 50' and a variance of 10’ from the
required side lot line setback for a cluster development of,50’ for the construction ofa 32’ by.50’ pole shed no closer . .

variance of 40’ from the required-back lot line setback for a: cluster development of 50’, and a variance of 10’ from the -
required side lot line setback for a cluster development of 50’ for the construction of a 32’ by 50’ pole shed no closer
than 10’from the back lot line and 40’from the side lot line. It was noted that the applicants’proposed location is the
best available location for the proposed development and fits well within the overall cluster development.
Duwayne Schroeder - Approved the variance as requested. (8:55 p.m.)
Duwayne Schroeder, part of Government Lot 1, Section 26 of Dora Township by Elbow Lake, requested a variance of-
11’ from the required ordinary high water level setback of 150’ for the installation ofa septic system 139’ frorn the
ordinary high water level. The audience was polled with no one speaking for or against the variance as requested.
After discussion and consideration, Michael Harris made a motion, second by Thomas Lee and unanimously carried,
to approve a variance of IT from the required ordinary high water level setback of 150’ for the installation ofa septic
system 139’ from the ordinary high water level. It should be noted that the variance as approved is consistent with
past actions of the Board and there is no other available location on the applicant’s property.

the west lot line. The audience was polled with no one speaking for or against the variance as requested. After
discussion and consideration, Paul Larson made a motion, second by Michael Harris and unanimously carried, to
approve a variance of 10’ from the required road right-of-way setback of 20’ and to deny the variance from the side lot
line as requested for the placement of a 40’ by 24’ garage 10’ from the road right-of-way and at least 10’ from the lot
line.
Mark Braton - Approved the variance from the ordinary high water level and shore impact zone, but
denied the variance for the drain field with a condition. (9:10 p.m.)
Mark Braton, part of Government Lot 3, Section 20 of Dunn Township by Lake Lizzie, requested a variance of 65’
from the required ordinary high water level setback of 100’ and a variance of 15’ from the required shore.impact zone
setback of 50’ for additions to the east and west side on an existing cabin 35’ from the ordinary high water level and a
variance of 25’ from the required ordinary high water level setback of 75’ for the installation of a septic drain field 50’
from the ordinary high water level. The audience was polled with no one speaking for or against the variance as
requested. A letter from the Dunvilla Villas Homeowners Association in opposition to the placement of the drain field
50’ from the ordinary high water level was read for the record. After discussion and consideration, Steve Schierer
made a motion, second by Paul Larson and unanimously carried, to approve a variance of 65’ from the required
ordinary high water level setback of 100’ and a variance of 15’ from the required shore impact zone setback of 50’ for
additions to the east and west side on an existing cabin 35’ from the ordinary high water level and to deny the
variance as requested for the installation of the proposed septic drain field with the condition that no more than 25% of
the total eligible lot area can be covered with impervious surfaces. It should be noted that the Board strongly
suggested that the applicant consider removing the existing shed, which is located on the property line.
