Kalar, land t RaaouroeGeorge waiter John Everts Craig Anderson Daniel Oehler Victor Petterson Carl Jiohnson 111 Ohairman Walter called the meeting to order at 7:00 p.m., and hearing no changes to the minutes of the Noventer neeting, declared same approved as mailed. The following requests for variance were heard: Olaf Isaacson, Fergus Fedls, MN, being represented'by Ben Nelson of Jaeger Realty, requested permission to sell a paroel of approximately 1.57 acres, leaving a parc»l of over 40 acres, from Government Lot 3, Section 6, Dunn Township, Pelican Lake. After consideration, motion was made by Victor Petterson, seconded by Crciig Anderson and unanimously Cctrried, to 2lL1ow the split, provided a 33' driveway is included in the property to be sold, and subject to submission of a surveyor's drawing. | Arthur Johson, Battle lake, >®J, requested permission to construct an 18* X 24' addition to cottage, 1' to 6' from lot line on lot 1, Block 2, Blarney Beach, Otter Tail Lake in Everts Tcwnship. In the absence of the applicant, motion was made by Craig Andersen, seconded by Dan Oehler and carried, to table until May for additioned infontation. Helgerson, Grand Porks, ND, requested a variance of an addi­ tional seven feet toward the dedicated road for ocnstructicn of an auidition to a cottage on Lot 19 and >j of Lot 18, Hoffirran'a Beach, West McDonald Lake in Dora Township. After consideration, motion was made by Victor Petterson, seoonded by John Everts and unanimously carried, to approve a 7' variemoe, hardship beir^ a substandard lot of record, with precedenoe alreatfy set, no closer to road than others in the neighborhood, and be able to enjoy the same rights and privileges as the neighbors enjoy. ARRAL HELGERSON APPROVED Lynn E. $tn±te. Pelican Rapids, MN, requested permission to discon­tinue resort in G.L. 8, Section 4, Lida Tcwnship on Lake Franklin, dividing property into four lots, moving various cabins, etc.. After oonsideraticxi, motion was made by Craig Anderson, secxxided by John Everts and unanimously carried, to deny; to grant would be creating substandard lots, short of required square feet and short of lake frontage. There was no eidequate hardship shown. If resort is no longer fe2sible, now would te the time to bring it into cxxrplianoe, with additional land available to increase the size of the area.
