MOTION AS FOLLOWS:

Motion was made by Cecil Femling, seconded by Craig Anderson and unanimously carried, to approve a variance to
subdivide a 3.3 acre parcel (225’ by 639.5) into two parcel with the following conditions: 1) a registered surveyor’s
drawing must be provided at the time of conveyance, and 2) the 150’ by 639.5’ parcel must be permanently attached
to lakeshore property owned by Robert and Eileen Clifford and the 75’ by 639.5’ parcel must be permanently attached
to the lakeshore property owned Paul Flurer. The granting of this variance should eliminate any future problems that
might arise due to the present location of the existing road.
