MOTION AS FOLLOWS:
Motion was made by Cecil Femling, seconded by Robert Schwartz and unanimously carried, to approve the variance
as requested with the conditions that the runoff from the dwelling must be directed to the back of the dwelling and that
the debris from the project must be kept out of the lake. It was noted that the proposed project was recommended by
Wayne E. Larson, an engineer with Solien and Larson Engineering.
