Kubela, Wahpeton, ND, requested a variance that would allow the trailer house on Lot 15 to remain as it Is currently located. On September 12th, 1991 a variance was granted on Lot 14 that allowed for a new trailer with an addition to be placed up to the string line, with the string line being applied from the trailer house on Lot 15 to the yellow house to the west, also the 8' by 20' trailer, the 8’ by 30' trailer and the boat house must be removed, and when the new trailer and construction is completed on Lot 14 the trailer house on Lot 15 will be removed. The two trailers and the boat house have been removed and the applicant Is now requesting permission to leave the trailer house on Lot 15. After consideration, motion was made by John Everts, seconded by Craig Anderson to deny the variance as requested as no adequate hardship had been shown. The motion failed wuh John Everts, Craig Anderson, Cecil Femllng voting yes and with Randall Mann, George Walter, Carl Johnson voting no, After additional consideration and discussion, motion was made by Craig Anderson, seconded by Carl Johnson and unanimously carried, to table this variance request for sight line measurement Information. The motion failed with Cecil Femllng and Randall Mann voting yes, George Walter and Ca-i Johnson voting no, and with Craig Anderson end John Everts abstaining. After consideration, motion was made by Randall Mann, seconded by Cecil Femling and unanimously carried, to approve a variance of 58' from the required ordinary high water level setback of 75' and a variance of 20,5' from the required shore impact zone setback of 37.5’ for the construction of a 1 4' by 28' addition 1 7' from the ordinary high water level mark. The addition will be no closer to the lake then the existing structure and the addition will be in line with the adjccent property owner's structure.
