William A Schlossman - Approved the variance as requested. (8:27 p.m.)
After discussion and consideration, Steve Schierer made a motion, second by Leona Zimmerman and unanimously
carried, to approve a variance of 5’ from the required side lot line setback of 10’ for the location of one corner of an
existing garage 5’ from the property line. The Board noted that the structure has existed in the present location for
approximately 30 years and it has not been an issue. The variance is necessary for the applicant to have the ability to
replace the roof.
