If the low area planned to be filled is just north of the access road to Lakoduk's property! I would recommend no filling be allowed here. This low area is a collection ravine for a rather sizable watershed. Any fill placed here would momentarily impede the flow of water and eventually end up in the lake. Additionally! if Hr. Lakoduk plans to widen his drive! the exist­ ing bank he has cut through will not stabilize unless the slopes are cut back to a B:1 slope! seeded! fertilized and mulched with webbed netting.
