Mike Scherweit - Approved
Motion was made by Cecil Femling, seconded by Randall Mann and unanimously carried, to approve a
variance of 30’ from the required ordinary high water level setback of 75’ for an addition to the rear of the
existing cabin 45’ from the ordinary high water level. It was noted that the addition will be no closer to the
ordinary high water level or the lot lines than the existing structure.
