MN • 1-800-346-4870 Specify Variance Request: I own property on both sides of the Peters property, Parcel 170000-03-0034-003 lot #51955. The Peters property sets in the middle of my property and I can not access my property south of their land without crossing their property. We agreed that I would sell the property south of the Peters to them. We agreed to have a survey done by “Lake Region Surveying, Inc.” When the map was drawn and the property lines determined the survey report was not in line with the taxes I have been paying and the property that I thought 1 owned. I have paid taxes on over 9 acres of property and the survey results show that I only own 5.1 acres. 1 own .78 south of the Peters and 4.39 north. This is definitely a hardship, I can not access my property and 1 can not sell this .78 acre and retain the 5 acres needed. I thought I had over 9 acres as well as paid taxes on that amount. The Peters would like to add this .78 acre to their property and I would like to sell this property and retain 4.39 acres that is north of the Peters.
