MOTION AS FOLLOWS':

Motion was made by Craig Anderson, seconded by Cecil Femling and unanimously carried, to approve a variance
of 58' from the required ordinary high water level setback of 75', a variance of 20.5' from the required shore
impact zone setback of 37.5', a variance of 3' from the required 10' holding tank setback and a 4' variance
from the required road right of way setback of 20' per the field investigation report and a variance of 1' from
the required side lot line setback of 1 O' per the field investigation report, for the placement of an 8‘ by 12'
storage shed 17' from the ordinary high water level, 7' from the holding tank. 16' from the road right of way
and 9' from the side lot line. Hardship being a substandard lot of record. It should be noted that this is the
best location for the structure and that the applicant has made substantial improvements to the lot.
