Meeting of the Otter Tail County Planning Commission was held on
September 1, 1976 at 7s30 P.M. in the Court House;, Fergus Palls, Minnesota,
Members present were; Beck, Portmann, Davis, Estes, Ryan and Bert
Hovland, Steve Van Drake also present.
A motion by Ryan, second by Hovland to approve the minutes
of the August l8, 1976 meeting as mailed.
Voting; All members in favor.
A motion by Hovland, second by Ryan to deny the special use
application of V/illiam Collins, dated August 6, 1976 on
j Pelican Lake, No, 56-786, GD, Sec. 2 of Dunn Twp. Russ
Swanik and Ken Connor spoke to the Commission,
Voting; All members in favor.
A motion by Beck, second by Estes to approve the special use application of Clayton Gland, dated August 12, 197^°^
Star Lake, No, 56-3^5» 5d, Sec, 34 of Dora Twp. subject
to approval of Bert Hovland and to be accompanied by Cecil Perilling, Cecil Femling soke to the Commission.

use application of David Sholy, dated August l6, 1976 on Pelican Lake, No. 56-786, GD, Sec. 10 of Dunn Twp, provided
it is completed by November 1, 1976.
