Motion was made by Craig Anderson, seconded by John Everts and unanimously carried, to
approve the permanent attachment of the A - 50' by 75' parcels to Lots 2,3,4 and 5 of Grobe
Beach and to approve a possible permanent attachment of a parcel up to 30' by 150' to Lot 1 of
Grobe Beach. The attachment of these parcels to the existing platted lots will make an
improvement to these lots.
