As we discussed the slab you are proposing may eventually become a building site for a storage structure. Since that is the case the slab must meet all of the same setbacks as required for a structure. I have enclosed a copy of the Minimum Setback Standards for your information. We discussed the 20’ setback to the road right-of-way. Since the township road ends at your property line the slab would need to be 20’ from the right-of-way of that road, not just 10’ from the lot line.
