All that part of Government Lot One (1), Section Two (2),
Township One Hundred Thirty-seven (137) North, Range
Forty-two (42) West of the Fifth Principal Meridian, Dunn
Township, Otter Tail County, Minnesota described as
follows:
Commencing at an existing iron pipe monument at the
Northwest Corner of Lot 2, GROBE BEACH according to
the plat thereof filed for record September 23,
1958, at 3:00 p.m. in said Otter Tail County;
thence on an assumed bearing of S 87°11'00" E on
and along the north line of Lots 2, 3, 4 and 5 of
said GROBE BEACH a distance of 200.08 feet to an
existing iron monument at the Northeast Corner of
said Lot 5 and the point of beginning; thence
N 08°07'00" E a distance of 66.40 feet; thence
continuing N 08°07'00" E a distance of 75.02 feet;
thence S 87°11'00" E a distance of 113.92 feet;
thence S 39°32'00" E a distance of 40.42 feet;
thence S 08°07'00" W a distance of 313.83 feet to
an iron monument with plastic cap marked "RLS
10941" on the high bank of Little Pelican Lake;
thence continuing S 08°07'00" W to the high water
mark of said lake; thence in a northwesterly
direction on and along said high water mark to a
point that bears S 08°06'15" W from the point of
beginning; thence N 08°06'15" E a distance of 22
feet more or less to an existing iron pipe monument
on the high bank of said lake; thence continuing
N 08°06'15" E a distance of 145.07 feet to the
point of beginning.
The above-described tract contains 37,402 square feet,
more or less, includes the littoral rights to said Little
Pelican Lake.

Proposed slab/building site, parcel in GL 1 Section 2, Dunn Township,
Little Pelican Lake (56-761)
RE:
Dear Ms. Wegleitner,
This letter is to confirm our telephone conversation today regarding the
proposed slab on your property.
As we discussed the slab you are proposing may eventually become a
building site for a storage structure. Since that is the case the slab must meet all
of the same setbacks as required for a structure. I have enclosed a copy of the
Minimum Setback Standards for your information.
We discussed the 20’ setback to the road right-of-way. Since the township
road ends at your property line the slab would need to be 20’ from the right-of-way
of that road, not just 10’ from the lot line.
