After listening to the various interested parties, motion \vas made by Roger Marty to approve a 3' x 4' shed, large enough to cover the water softener. After consideration, motion was made by Craig Anderson to deny subdividing without platting, but grant a variance on an official plat of 3' per lot, allowing 97' lots rather than the required 100', provided the lots are at least 250' in length.
