After consideration, motion was made by Cecil Femling, seconded by Victor Petterson and unanimously carried, to approve a variance of 36' from the required 200' setback, with the condition that the storage shed, the old garage and the propane tank be removed, The small building will be placed at least 200' back from the lake to be in compliance with the setback requirements. The audience was polled with no one speaking for or against this request, A letter from the Corliss Township Board stating no objection to this request was read for the record. After consideration, motion was made by Victor Petterson to approve this variance request as no precedents are being established. After additional discussion Victor Petterson withdrew his motion. After additional discussion and consideration, motion was made by Craig Anderson, seconded by Victor Petterson and unanimously carried, to table action on this request until the September 5th, 1991 meeting. The board is requesting that the distance from the lot line be established prior to the next meeting. CONNIE JO SOLIS.
