Re; Conditional Use Permit #3385 for lakelot on Eagle Lake (56-253).
Dear Mr. Kalar,
As you are aware, the Eagle Lake Townboard has opposed the part of
our project as presented in regard to filling the existing ditch on the
west side of our property.
We have decided we will no longer consider filling this ditch. We
would like to start work on the other portion of this project as soon
after April 15, 1987 as possible.
We would appreciate hearing from you at your earliest convenience
in regard to this matter. We assume the remainder of this conditional
use permit is still valid until 10-3-87 as stated on the permit.

to the lake than 500 feet and also that a map of the present
campsites is provided to the Land & Resource Management Office
for their file.

A motion by Trites, second by Scbwartz to approve the part of the
conditional use application of Roger Wollschlaaer. Stuart Lake,
No. 56-191, RD, on Out lot B of Maple acres. Section 34 of Girard
Township to construct the road as per the drawing's request
(submitted with the application). The request to grade and
landscape the building site was tabled pending that a variance is
granted at the October Board of Adjustment meeting, also,
permission to prepare a building site will be contingent upon the
applicant securing ownership of the land. Jeff Lukken spoke to
the commission.

conditional use application of Arthur Zerwas. Eagle Lake, No. 56-
253, GD, on Parcel C, part of Lot 3, Block 1 of Reinke Beach,
Sections 10, 11, 14 & 15 of Eagle Lake Township to fill to the
level of the existing terrain of the existing ditch on the west
side of the property - providing there is approval from Eagle
Lake Township.

all Minnesota Pollution Control Agency regulations as laws and to
adapted Federal Control Regulations.
