RE: Sewage System Permit (SP) #3909, Serving Lot 8 & 9 Bengston Beach, Eagle
Lake (56-253)
To Whom It May Concern:
Our records indicate that on May 8, 1998, the above mentioned Sewage System
Installation Permit was issued. Our records also indicate that this office did not inspect
this installation prior to the sewage system being covered.
Since this is the case, personnel from this office conducted an onsite inspection of the
aforementioned property, this inspection revealed that the sewage system was
located in compliance with the provisions of SP #3989 It also revealed that there was
no evidence of surface discharge of effluent.
Therefore, this sewage system installation is hereby approved for use. Should this
sewage system ever malfunction (fail), it would have to be repaired or replaced in
conformance with the provisions of the Sanitation Code in effect at the time of failure....
If you have any questions regarding this matter, please contact our office.
Sincerely,
Bill Kalar
Administrator
