Carl Johnson, seconded by Craig Anderson and unanimously carried, to deny, no adequate hardship or justification. Donald H. Johnson, Pelican Rapids, MN, requested permission to split a 4.33 acre parcel into two parcels, one of 3.35 acres and the other a .98 acre parcel, in G.L. 7, & SEiaSEls of Section 11, Pelican Township. After consideration, motion was made by Craig Anderson, seconded by Cecil Femling and unanimously carried, to approve on the condition a surveyor's drawing be submitted and the smaller parcel have no less than 125' of road frontage, and no further bubdivision of the property. After consideration, motion was made by Carl Johnson, seconded by Cecil Femling and unanimously carried, to grant a 53' variance, building 47' from ordinary high water mark, hardship being a substandard lot of record, the proposed dwelling would be a big improvement over present condition. Loretta Buchan, Ottertail , HN, requested permission to construct building requiring a 10' side yard variance, from an undetermined side lot line, on Lot 20, Master's Boys Shore, Rush Lake, in Otto Townshi p. and Bernie Walker. Cecil Femling and unanimously carried, to table action until the property line dispute is resolved. Duane Sillanpaa, Perham, HN, requested permission to build a 24' x 24' garage one foot from the east edge of property line, in S.L. 1 & 2 of G.L. 3, Section 1, Perham Township on Little Pine Lake. After consideration, with letters presented, motion was made by Carl Johnson, seconded by Cecil Femling and unanimously carried, to grant approval, hardship being the unusual shape of the lot, substandard lot of record. KRAFT - APPROVED BUCHAN - TABLED Appearing and speaking were Mike Huston, Gary Hunter Motion was made by Craig Anderson, seconded by SILLANPAA - APPROVED A. E. Steinwand, Breckenridge, MN, requested permission to replace existing 10' x 20' boathouse with an 8' x 12' storage shed, 8' va­ riance from east lot line, 50' variance from Otter Tail Lake, on Lot 20, Block 2, Pleasure Park, Otter Tail Township. After consideration, motion was made by John Everts, seconded by Cecil Femling and unani­ mously carried, to deny, no adequate hardship shown, with alternatives that would bring it into compliance. Harry I. Retting, Anoka, MN, requested permission to construct a 20' X 22' garage 1'8" from south lot line, on the SWIy 25' of Lot 3 and NEly df Lot 4, Section 11, Eagle Lake Township on Eagle Lake. After consideration, motion was made by Carl Johnson, seconded by Cecil Femling and unanimously carried, to grant, hardship being substandard lot of record, only logical spot for garage placement, and enjoy the same rights and privileges as the neighbors enjoy. Roy M. Hausauer, Wahpeton, ND, requested permission to split off 25' of Lot 6, to sell along with Lot 7, Albrecht's Add'n to Nirvana, on East Battle Lake in Girard Township, due to the location of the house on Lot 7. Appearing and speaking was Robert Schwartz. After consideration, motion was made by Craig Anderson, seconded by Cecil Femling and unanimously carried, to allow an 11' split off Lot 6, to allow the house which is on Lot 7 an additional ten feet from property line.
