Passed;A motion by Davis, second by Beck to approve the special use
application of William Shockey, dated July 8, 1977 on Lida, No. 56-
747, GD, Sec. 32 of Lida Twp. subject to on-site inspection by
Shoreland Management personnel and Dick Portmann. Doug Berg
spoke to the Commission.
Voting; All members in favor.
Passed;A motion by Lindquist, second by Lee to approve the special use
permit of Fair Hills, Inc
No. 56-357, and Lake Six, No. 56-369, RD, Sec. 5 & 6 of Hobart Twp.
subject to an EAW statement to be completed by the Shoreland
Management office and David Kaldahl including a 30-day waiting
period.

Passed;A motion by Portmann, second by Lindquist to approve the special
use permit for John S. Frank, dated July 21, 1977 on Star Lake,
No. 56-385, GD, Sec. 9 of Star Lake subject to inspection of sevjage
system on existing resort and update if necessary and subject to
legal drawing that meets all requirements.
Voting; All members in favor.
Passed;A motion by Lindquist, second by Portmann to approve the variance
application of Gary Dietzler, dated July 15, 1977 on S. Turtle Lake,
No. 56-377, RD, Sec. 36 of Sverdrup Twp. for a 20 foot road setback
from the road right-of'sway.
Voting; All members in favor.
Passed;A motion by Estes, second by Lindquist to approve the variance
application of Milton Eitreim, dated July 20, 1977 on Eagle Lake,
No. 56-253, GD, Sec. 15 of Eagle Lake for 70 foot setback.
Voting; All members in favor.
Passed;A motion by Beck, second by Davis to table the preliminary plat
plans of Oak Grove Estates in Sec. 16 of Compton Township for
more research and input, and proposed road required to be 66 foot
right-of-way. Steve Nelson, Francis Goeden, Joan Orthoudt and
Eldon Orthoudt spoke to the Commission.
