Commission a motion was passed to approve your application for variance
subject to updating of sewage system before permit is issued. Letter of
approval from nearest neighbor to be filed with Shoreland Management Office.
Enclosed find copy of approved variance form.
Please be advised that a building permit is required before construction
commences from the Land & Resource Management office.

Vi Christensen informed me that she will receive a variance
from the seventy-five foot setback ordinance if there is
no objection from the neighboring owners.
I do not see any difficulty with permitting a twelve-foot
addition to the front of her cabin.
