After consideration, motion was made by John Everts, seconded by Craig Anderson and unanimously carried, to allow a 75' set-back for the dwelling, hardship being the best location on lot, to enjoy the same rights and privileges as others enjoy, allowing building no closer than existing structure. Moti'On was made by Craig Anderson, seconded by John Everts and carried, vrith Carl Johnson and Victor Petterson voting "no", to deny the request for the replacenent of the boathouse, no adequate hardship shown.
