I am the Assistant County Attorney who you spoke with back in May. At the time we had our discussion, your application for a variance had already been denied, and the shed was illegally placed. You asked me how long you had to remove it, and at that time I told you that there was no set time. The shed is now, and always has been, illegally placed and must be moved. I agree that you must have a reasonable time within which to do this; however, I do not recall stating that you had until the end of the season. In any event, it has been over three months since your variance application has been denied, and the shed must now be removed. Y'ou state that it is not reasonable to require you to move the shed by July 6. Since you did not know there was a deadline until June 27, I believe you are probably correct. However, at this time we must insist that the shed be removed by the end of July. That will be four months after your application for a variance has been denied and a month after you were informed that the shed must, indeed, be removed. Very truly yours. David J.
