To attempt to pound holes through the concrete slab and then through the large rocks and then to install proper plumbing just isn't feasible nor practical. The second problem is that we have a genuine need in futiire years for the use of this second bedroom. If we have only a one—bedroom cabin it will cause unnecessary family hardships when ovtr rather large family (5 children ages 24-29) at various times bring their family/s to ‘visit their parents at the lake. Just to invite another couple to spend a weekend at the lake with us will be very difficult. Explain your problem here: Your granting us a rather small variance allowing us to build the bathroom on a small 6 by 16 space behind the cabin (that will still be a good distance from the septic tank and drain field) will solve the above problems. These problems are very real. Believe me| we need your consideration and will greatly appreciate your help.
