After additional consideration, motion was made by Craig Anderson, seconded by Randall Mann and unanimously carried, to approve a variance of 10' from the required road right-of-way setback of 20’ for the construction of a single story garage 10' from the road right-of-way and 10’ from the lot line. Permits have been.applied for by our contractor Dan Barry. These plans are on file in your department if you need exact reference to the plan. We need to put the lift tank for the office and our private house closer to the lake then the usual setback.” Requesting a variance of 105’ from the required ordinary high water-level setback of 150’ for the placement of a lift station 55’ from the ordinary high water level. Roland Johnson - Approved l . >• Roland Johnson, Moorhead, MN, requested a variance of 43’ from the required ordinary high . water level setback of 75’ and a variance of 6’ from the required side lot line setback of 10’ for the replacement of an existing flat roof with a pitched roof located 32’ from the ordinary high water level and 4’ from the side lot line. After consideration, motion was made by Graig Anderson, seconded by John Everts and unanimously carried, to approve a variance of 43’ from the required ordinary high water level setback of 75’ and-a variance of 6’ from the required lot line setback of 10’ for the replacement-of an existing flat roof with a pitched roof located 32’ from the ordinary high water level and 4’ from the lot line. It was noted that the applicant’s proposed plans will place the structure no pidserto the ordinary high water level than the existing structure.
