Meeting of the Otter Tail County Planning Commission was held on May 5, 1982 at
7:30 P,M. in the Government Services Building, 505 South Court Street; Fergus
Falls, Minnesota 56537. ' I
Members present were: Beck, Trites, Estes, Lachowitzer, Ryan, Jacobson,iSullivan,
Lee, Petterson. David Hauser, Co. Attorney's Office also

Passed:A motion was passed by Lachowitzer, second Sullivan to approve the
minutes^ of the April 7, 1982 meeting as mailed. l |
Voting:> All members in favor.
Passed:A motion by Sullivan, second by Lachowitzer to approve the preliminary
plat plans of Otter Tail River Estates on the Otter Tail River, RD,
Sec. 4 of Otter Tail Twp. with the following provisions: Combine lots
1 & 2, Block 1 (renumber lots 1 - 13) and that a central;sewage system
, for lots 1-9 (on the revised plat) be installed, a dedicated lot for
the central sewer system come from Block 2 and fill for road would
come from Block 3; spoils to be leveled under the supervision of tlie
Land & Resource Management Office before any lots are sold. Developers -
•Joel Paulson and Dennis Ikippel, Perham, MN. Irv Campson and Buzz Gulick
. spoke to the Commission. Special use for road construction also approved.
Voting: All members in favor except Beck who abstained.
Passed:A motion by Trites, second by Sullivan to approve the special use
application of the Otter 'I'.iil County Highway Department, dated April 2,
1982 on the Finn Creek, RS, Sec. 27-34 of Newton Twp. as presented.

A motion by Sullivan, second by Petterson to approve the special, use
application of Elva Evcuider, dated April 1, 1982 on Eagle Lake, No. 56-253
CD, Sec. 10 of Eagle Lake Twp. as presented.

A motion by Ryan, second by Lee to approve the special use application
of Earl Mickelson, dated A|iirLl 7, 1982 on Star Lake, No. 56-385, CD,
Sec. 35 of Dora Twp.
