After further discussion, motion was made by Craig Anderson, seconded by Tom' Stringer
and carried, to approve a temporary, seasonal fence, no higher than 5' or' a lesser
amount as applicant can determine as sufficient, constructed in such manner as to be
least offensive,, for reasons of concealing trash and maintaining a low amount of dust
