Marion Wolter. Arlington, MN, requests permission to leave a sewer line approximately
eight feet from well instead of the required twenty feet, on Pt. 6.L. 5, Section 3,
Lida Township.After discussion, with Wolter not in attendance, motion was made by
Craig Anderson, seconded by Tom Stringer and carried, to deny approval.

Arthur W. Hanson, Fergus Falls, MN, requests permission to build a 30' x 44' dwelling '
on existing building line, approximately 59' from high water mark, 22' from road
right-of-way, on Lot 8, Evander's Beach, Eagle Lake Township. After discussion,
milt ion was made by Craig Anderson to approve, hardship being a substandard lot of
record, and in granting him this privilege, would give no further privilege than
neighbors are enjoying. The motion was seconded by John Everts and carried.
Cary A. Martinson, Fargo, ND, requests permission to have an 8 X 12' storage
building remain at 53* from shoreline, on Lake Ida, in G.L. 2 of Section 3, Scambler
Township.After discussion, motion was made by John Everts to approve, storage
building less than 100 square feet, hardship being other neighbors are enjoying
same rights and privileges, contingent upon the fact that neighbors do not object
to this placement and if neighbors;should object, building to be removed,
