After consideration, motion was made by Victor Petterson, seconded by Cecil B. Femling and unanimously carried, to approved a 10' variance from the required 20' setback and permit construction of the garage 1 O' from the road right-of-way. A letter from George and Carol Shackleton in favor of this variance request was read for the record, The audience was polled with no one speaking for or against this request. After consideration, motion was made by Dan Oehler, seconded by John Everts and unanimously carried, to approve a 1' variance from the required 20' road right-of-way setback. After consideration, motion was made by John Everts, seconded by Dan Oehler and unanimously carried, to approve all variance requests as the'/ pertain to the additions to the house A r 3" variance would be granted to allow the addition on the southeast side of the house to have a side lot line setback of 8' 9" instead of the required setback of 1 O', Hardship being a substandard lot of record and the acute angles of the side lot lines in relation to the house None of the additions to the house will be any closer to the lake than the existing structure.
