The hardship being a substandard lot of record and the terrain of the lot. John Ugstad - Withdrawn John Ugstad, Fergus Falls, MN, requested a variance to build a 22' by 26' addition to the present structure. This addition will infringe on the bluff Impact zone. The property is described as Lot 5, Block 1 of Gladden Fields Otter Tail River in Aurdal Township.
